So I haven't disappeared off the face of the Earth? That's right, I'm still here and I'm still working on my game!
I have made a change though. I dropped the Board game part. I just could not get the mechanics to work out. So now I'm making a (an?) RPG! Last night I had my econd pre-alpha testing.
The first test was just me and my fiance. Just to see if there was anything there. It went well. This time I 'DMed' for four players. It was a lot of fun.
We have to continue the campaign I started,but,this gave me some insight into some balancing errors. Mostly in the careers portion. I'll be looking into that.
So that's where I am, creating an RPG, possibly only for my friends.
